Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wazlytics (“Wazlytics”, “we”, “us”), a web analytics service operated by Infinisoft Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Wazlytics provides privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics that let you measure traffic to your websites and view aggregated statistics. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Wazlytics. Notify us promptly at hello@wazlytics.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wazlytics to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection law
• Collect personally identifiable information about visitors, or attempt to de-anonymise the data we provide
• Send us data without a lawful basis, or without informing your visitors where required
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

You are responsible for complying with privacy laws that apply to your website and its visitors, including providing any notices or obtaining any consents required in your jurisdiction.

Fees, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Plan pricing is based on monthly event volume as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Free trial. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a payment method to begin the trial, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

Refunds. Because the free trial lets you evaluate Wazlytics in full before you pay, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law. Separately, our payment provider may, at its own discretion, issue a refund within its standard window to resolve a payment dispute.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and will not be charged again.

Price changes. We may change our prices from time to time. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to the data you collect through Wazlytics. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data so we can provide the service to you. We will never sell your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Wazlytics, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Infinisoft Solutions and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or modify the service.

Service availability

We work to keep Wazlytics available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or experience downtime, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazlytics is provided without warranties of any kind, and Infinisoft Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Wazlytics and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or others. When your account ends, your access to your statistics ends after the period you have paid for expires, and your data may be deleted.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
