Lovable

Lovable builds a React app for you, so installing Wazlytics means getting the snippet into your app’s <head>. There’s no separate “custom code” field — you can let the AI add it, or edit the code yourself.

1. Get your snippet

Each site has its own snippet with a unique script URL. Copy the exact one from your dashboard’s Install step, with your site’s ID in place of wa-XXXXXXXX.

2a. Easiest: ask Lovable to add it

In the Lovable chat, paste a prompt like the one below (with your real snippet) and let it make the change:

Add this analytics snippet to the <head> of every page, exactly as written:

<script async src="https://wazlytics.com/js/wa-XXXXXXXX.js"></script>
<script>
  window.wazlytics = window.wazlytics || function(){(wazlytics.q = wazlytics.q || []).push(arguments)};
  wazlytics.init = wazlytics.init || function(o){ wazlytics.o = o || {} };
  wazlytics.init()
</script>

2b. Or edit the code

If your Lovable project is a React + Vite app, open index.html and paste the snippet into its <head>. The chat-prompt route above is the most reliable, since newer Lovable apps don’t use a static index.html.

Note

Lovable apps are single-page apps that route with the History API, so once the snippet is in, client-side navigations are tracked automatically — see Single-page apps.

Verify

Publish or preview your app, open Realtime in Wazlytics, and load a page — your visit should appear within a few seconds. If nothing shows up, the troubleshooting guide covers the usual causes.
