Sharing & guests

You can give other people access to a site’s stats — a colleague, a client, a stakeholder — without sharing your login. Manage this under Settings → People.

Invite someone

Enter their email and choose a role. They get an invitation to accept, and once they do, the site appears on their own Sites page.

• Viewer — can see the stats, but can’t change anything.
• Editor — can view the stats and also edit the site’s setup, like goals.

Managing access

Invitations stay pending until accepted, and you can cancel them at any time. Existing guests appear in a list where you can change or remove their access. Only the site owner (and anyone you’ve given management rights) can invite or remove people.
